When new Doctor Who stories were rare and a return to TV was still just wishful thinking, Big Finish Productions stepped in to feed the need that fans had for more of the Doctor's adventures. With an eye to quality production and known talent, the Big Finish audio dramas fit the bill and had a big impact on the Doctor's stories yet to come.
